International cricket captain 2008 help...?

can we play actual cricket in the game as we can in ea sports and all other games or do we just have to simulate...i mean..just the statistics get displayed...how can i hit the shots wid the batsman and bowl with the bowler???

u cannot  hit the ball as u could in cricket 2007 and other.. u can just give instruction or guide batsmen or bowlers that how to bowl.. u can do it for one ball, one over ...its my favorite game
