International graduate student in Ontario, Canada?

I am an international student studying in a college in Canada. I have a valid study permit with the name of the college on my study permit. I now wish to change programs and study at a different college. Can I study on the same study permit or do I have to apply for a fresh study permit?

You don’t need to apply for a change to the condition of your study permit either. You may continue to use your study permit as long as it is valid."
