I'm a sri lankan girl, who's intend to marry a German boy. I would like to know what type of paper works need by the germen authorities ?how long it takes to this processor? and what are the chance of rejection? is there a charge for this? If it rejects can we reapply again? and is there a thing call bachelor certificate in germeny? How can he apply for it? Also does sri lanka comes under war country category ?please advice me.

There is no particular requirement for entering Germany to get married. As long as you enter legally, you're fine. After marrying, you would need to apply for a residence visa.
