International phone cards?

if u use an international phone card to make a call to london will it show up in my phone bill if im using my landline...i have the optimum triple play

  1. If your phone card (calling card) provides for a "local" dial-around number, or 1-800, or 866, or 877, or 888 toll free numbers, then you will not be charged any long distance charges by your home phone provider.


  2. I use phone cards from http://www.phonecard-deals.com and the bill only shows the local access number that i dial. It does not show the international number.
