International ringtone when ringing a UK person who's overseas?

If you ring a UK person on their mobile who is on holiday in Germany, should you hear the international ringing tone rather than the UK one?

It depends... If the person has an international phone then the code is 0044 but if the phone isn't international then the code/phone probably will not work.
