International rules do they differ from North American rules in sports.?

Try this again after finding rule changes from the North American rules to international in soccer, I am looking for sites that will give me the International rules for the sport of volleyball. I am now coaching in the Middle East and don't want any surprises like I got during soccer season. can anyone give me leads on sites for international volleyball rules?

Actually, yes! In volleyball for a serve you can kick it over the net, and I know there are a bunch of other soccer rules i  there somewhere!

Go to FIVB.org for international rule.  Go to usavolleyball.org for USAV rule.  Go to NCAA.org for college rule.

AND,  check with your local/region (Olympic)rule committee.

depends on the sport like in thailand vollyball can only be played with your feet

one rule difference is that overseas, the libero can't serve. i'm not quite sure of sites, though.
