Internect connection on windows os on a mac. help!!?

question. i'm using windows os on my mac, but everytime i try to connect on the net using dsl it doesn't work. But if i go back to mac os the internet is just fine. Do i need to do something on the settings on windows?

Is it set to use dhcp to assign an ip address automatically?

Why would you use windows on your mac?  That doesn't make a lot of sense.  The mac operating system is much safer and stable.
