you can probably do 1 & 3  and display on your own website, but don;t try to create any products to sell

The law you want is the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DCMA)

Adsense honors DMCA complaints and notifies the publisher that complaint has been made to them. Google removes sites in their databases that have violated DMCA, though they have an appeals process if you were wrongly accused.
