Internet Betta Scavenger Hunt! 10 Pts Best Answer!?

Ok, so I am breeding my bettas right now and I am waiting for him to build a bubble nest. A little bored, I am going to have a fun competition on bettas, all pictures.

So the rules are...

1. Find me a picture of a male building a bubble nest

2. Find me a picture of a female's verticle stripes

3. Find me a picture of a betta flaring

4. Find a picture of bettas spawning

5. Last but not least, find me a picture of fry!

6. Please tell me why you like bettas and what you do. (Example: Owner, breeder, etc.)

It's ok if you can't find all of the pictures, at least give it a try. I MAY not pick best answer for the person with the most pictures, but the person with the best pictures.

You can find any picture on the Internet and post it here, or betta breeders share any of you pictures with me. Either are fine! Please give full credit for the picture and please tell me if it is your picture.

Let the games begin! Go find some outstanding pics. :)

I once thought about breeding crowntail bettas and had 12+ bettas at a time. But, breeding was too expensive, I didn't have the room, and my females kept getting egg bound. So, now I just have one crowntail male in our community tank at a time. Sometimes if I see a cute female, I'll get her. But, I don't think I'll do that anymore because my last female, Iria, recently died from being egg bound. I'll upload some pics I have of my old bettas and post the links on here. (My camera is old so the pics might not look good). Have fun. :)

  2. Betta's are beautiful graceful fish. The colors are just beautiful. They may not have a brain but can tell when they are being fed, they dance to the top fins opened gracefully take there food and swim around container to thank you for taking the time. When the see you their fins open up to you to show you they care. Just lost my Betta, it was about three years old. They are something to see. Sorry no pictures.

    6. They are very interesting creatures, they seem to be abused alot by being placed into bowls, vases, etc., some of them have very interesting coloration, they are avaliable at many pet stores, and because they are one of the most misunderstood creatures in the world (they can live in a bowl, they live in cow footprints, etc).

This was a fun scavenger hunt! I wish there were more people who did stuff like this.
