Internet Connection Helpp!!?

Question

ive been using AOL since ive first had a computer as does my whole family. but just 2 days ago online sites that i frequently visit dont load. usually my first site i go to does in like 20 seconds but after that no pages load-its really frustrating! i have since then disconnected and reconnected my broadband box,restarted my computer, and treid re installin my AOL 9.1. but since then we have been using internet explorer and this new aol10 desktop version which im not a big fan of. could anyone help me please?

Call AOL or get a real ISP.
