Internet Connection Sharing?!?!?!?

I need to set up Internet connection sharing on my computer but for some reason under the advanced tab there is no such thing, iv seen loads of screenshots with the option there just on my computer theres no such thing.

Running windows xp pro sp2 64

(iv only got 1 network card is this a problem?)

you need a minimum of 2 network cards. 1 wireless & 1 wired can also work.

1 connects to the internet & the other to a LAN or another computer.
