  1. check your DSL micro-filter!

  2. Okay I have  DSL with At&T and when I got my kit it had a filter connection for my main line which my phone line plug one side and other for my DSL connection to the modem and plus I have call waiting too but also I now you can dowload a program to allow you to have call's creen and not knock you off the internet too hope this has help

  3. could be a filter went bad, or you added something to the phone line (fax, another phone, sattelite box, alarm system) and did not properly filter the new addition...

could be the wireless router interfering with a cordless phone in your home.. try changing the channel of the router http://192.168.1.1  try admin/admin for user name and password, if that doesn't work, google the default user name and password for your brand and model router..
