Internet Explorer 7 help?

How can I get rid of the web page "http://runonce.msn.com" It keeps coming up every time I try to go on line. I change my own web home page in the control panel but it doesn't help.

Can someone tell me how to get rid of "runonce.msn.com"

if you want Yahoo as your homepage (or most other pouplr. sites) they would have Make <Whatever> your homepage. no matter if your computers internet setting do not work, that will overight any homepage. im 99.9999999999% sure

How wouldn't changing the hompage help?

here's how:

Look at the top and find Tools (under the URL bar)

click it, and find internet options.

then put your homepage like http://att.my.yahoo.com/

click apply, and enter then "runonce.msn.com" is gone!
