Ok Well I have a practicley new (about 3 months) Pink Sony Vaio Laptop, and for no reason ast night all of the sudden my screen went blue and i got this message about how it needed to shut down. I kept it shut off all of today and then went to turn it on and everything came on normal but my interet explorer is SUPER slow, I went through and clered all the cookies, history, ect, and then ran spyware/adware/virus scans and there was none of those found. I have dowloaded very little on this laptop other than Itunes, Aim, and windows live, Could someone PLEASE tell me whats wrong with it and how i can get my internet explorer back to regular speed? Thanx!

(oo and i know for a fact its not the connection b/c the internet on all the rest of our computers is fine)

  1. Could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software. This  problem can be solved by uninstalling new softwares, updating device drivers and making minor configuration changes . From http://fixit.in/bluescreenofdeath.html . You can also run a free registry scan using utilities from http://re7.info

  2. there is a spyware in your laptop

    or A VIRUS

you can system restore but you might loose some files

  3. restart computer again it may have picked up a slow part of the network if that fails go to sonys website for vaios and redownload the network and WI-FI (if applicable) drivers

sometimes the laptop drivers get substituted for windows drivers which work but barely and cause problems a restart fixes this most of the time but a refresh of drivers redefines this issue and helps to make the computer operate better it is relatively rare but does happen

if you are unsure about this email me with model of the sony laptop and ill guide you to a link
