My friend had this problem that she was not able to access all the websites even though her laptop was connected to the wireless internet connection.

The Internet Explorer keep on showing 'Time Out' and was not able to display the web page and this happened to all the websites we accessed.

When we went to take a look at her internet connectivity status it shows ''Good'' but the Bytes 'sent' and 'received' was less than 100 which is extremely lower than usual.

What is the possible cause of this problem and how do I help her solve it? The best way I we can think of now is to reformat her laptop.

Please help us and steps by steps answer will be much more appreciated. Thank You.
