My grandson has a Toshiba laptop. It has windows Vista home premium, Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual CPU T2370 @ 1.73 GHz, 1.00 GB Ram, Mobile Intel (R) 965 Express Chipset Family.He is not able to open Internet Explorer. He is able to get email using ourwireless router. What can we do to get on to the internet?
