Internet Explorer repeatedly keeps "Not Responding" HELP!?

Question

Hi, I have Windows Vista...I have the newest version of Internet Explorer with the Google Toolbar, IT REPEATEDLY KEEPS NOT RESPONDING

I will be in the middle of Facebook or something and it will freeze

I have no viruses because I have Windows Live OneCare and it detects nothing...

u should try to turn off the computer and turn it on again

and then try to see if the modem is working

Unplug your modem for 10 seconds then plug back in this usually fixes it.

This sometimes happens what I do is open windows task manager then check my page file usage and make sure that's not to high then I check my cpu meter and processes. If there is an system idle process then that is your problem right there, if not check how much memory it is using if it is using over 350,000 KB then that is your problem. If this does not help then I apologize. Good Luck!
