Internet Job site called "TheLADDERS.com" anyone know anything about this site?

Has Anyone used it? Did you get good leads for Jobs? Do you know anyone that as used it and found it useful? Anything you can tell me about this wed site will be helpful.

Any time I wonder about something, I search it and attach the word "scam".  If you do this for ladders, you learn that many of the jobs you see listed there are searched from another site and don't belong to ladders. (See source.)  I won't be sending my money.
