Internet Password length problems?

Ok I am trying to log onto my friends internet. But my stupid windows internet program keeps telling me the password is too short. And yes I am very sure I have the right password.

  1. It sounds like you have the wrong kind of encryption selected, try a different encryption mode WPA1, WPA 2, WPS
