Internet Tabs disappears?

Question

I accidentally turned off my Interent Tabs when it asked me some random question once I exited the window. Now when I open it it doesnt show tabs anymore and I want it back.

And yes I have the right version, so please don't say that I don't because a different answer had the same answer which sucks for the guy that asked it, what a waste of points. :P

This keeps happening to me as well.  I use AT&T Yahoo and it is a recurring problem for me.  I usually shut it down and start it back up but I too would like a fix for this problem.  I called AT&T and they kept trying to say it had to do with syware but I have a blocker so I don't get it!  I hope you get an answer that helps!

restart and shut down
