hi, im having problems with my virgin internet connection, it only connects when it wants to. i've phoned virgin and there engineer did there tests from there end and informed me that someone in the same area is using the same ip address as me/same program drivers?, so if im connected to the internet the other person will not be able to connect and vice versa, they suggested i go to a computer shop and ask them to fix my computer, please can someone help, thanks darren.
