Internet explorer browser?

I seemed to have deleted my internet browser at the top of my screen. I don't see it anywhere. And I don't know what I did. Can anyone tell me how to put it back on?

View-toolbars- it will list a bunch of stuff there- you can select what you want to have at the top.
