Internet explorer cannot display this page?

if i read an interesting question i like to look at the persons 360 profile but this message comes up,they are not private and are allowed on my pop ups,any ideas why

If you're using Internet Explorer 7, errors like that happen often. Just try refreshing the page a few times, deleting your browser cache, closing the browser, and restarting your computer. Then, try using a different browser like Mozilla Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ ). I use Firefox all the time. I rarely get that error unless the page has been deleted or my internet connection had a slight second of downtown time. It could be temporary glitch.
