Internet explorer keeps popping up "error" when i select on search web

Question

When I'm search'g for a song on search web; after I enter the selection, the next page to appear says "soul patrol" (radio station); and a "internet explorer" message appears that says "error"; then everything disappears and reverts back to the desktop icons, and I have to start over again --every time.

use firefox, hardly any bugs or errors and has lots more features than ie
