Internet explorer problem?

wen i open my internet explorer, it always opens without the standarn buttons and the address bar. then,after i exit it and open a new internet explorer, it shows the standard buttons and address bar. why cant it just show the standard buttons and address bar? i hate it when it just shows my homepage. or is there a button that makes the standard buttons and address bar appear?

forget internet explorer to many problems and a guessing game trying to figure it out, use firefox it's free and easy to use, and no problem lol.

Internet Explorer will always open on your home page. It sounds like someone didn't want to see what's called the tool bar at the top of a certain page. To see them on every page, go to VIEW at the top, click where it says TOOLBARS and follow the arrow right, and make sure there is a check mark in front of STANDARD BUTTONS and ADDRESS BAR. Also, sometimes if you want to view something full screen, these things will "disappear."
