Internet explorer sign in page wont let me sign in it just keeps re loading and reloading?

I can sign in fine in firefox but when I try in IE the page just keeps re loading. If I try to stop it it always stops on a blank page.

It sounds like you have picked up a virus or spyware or a browser helper object.  Go to   http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ and click on "Scan Now, It's Free!".  This is a free virus scan from Trend Micro and will find viruses, spyware, etc that makes your computer do weird thing like you stated.  House Call will clean or remove them.  The first time you do this, it could take about 30 45 minutes using DSL or Cable. If on Dial-UP connection it could take a good while but will be worth it.
