  1. Go to the start button and then go to run and type in MSCONFIG. Box comes up and now choose the services Tab. Scroll down the list of checked boxes carefully and uncheck any box that has the word SHADOW within it. after that, go to the next Tab of startup items and uncheck all of them boxes, except for what programs you want to start up and run in the background while your online or somethin', Next click apply and then close.. it will ask you to reboot, Click Yes and then when your screen comes back on another window will appear that says you made changes-check the little box and then click okay. That should put you back in. Also deleting your temporary files and cookies and history in the control panel- network and internet connections to internet options where you will find that.. And in the case all that fails try uninstalling your JAVA6 with upgrade 1 or 2 Theres more but then I would have to charge you more money.. Goodluck
