Internet for the Dare?

When you use internet of the LG Dare for Verizon, does it use your minutes/airtime or whatever? Or is it just the $15 a month (without using up minutes)??? Thanks!!!

The monthly allowance is for making and receiving calls only.

You have to pay per megabyte when using Mobile Web 2.0... Or get monthly packages at a reduced rate.
