Internet gambling site disputed credit card?

Hi sometimes gambled online at online casinos using my bank of america debit/check card. Then I stopped but the same 2 casinos I gambled at charged my card without be authorizing it. I disputed the charges with BOFA but BOFA denied it saying that since I have done business with these casinos in the past they had the right to defraud me. Is there anything I can do that anyone knows of. The online casino is located in Europe , I called and asked them to pay me back the stolen money but they won't. I don't understand I am a business owner and typically banks let consumers rip legitimate merchants off all of the time, but in this case It is clear I was stolen from but the bank said they cannot help.

  1. It's the banks problem, you tell them that you didn't authorise any money to be taken out and the bank allowed an invalid transaction, so it is the bank that must re-imberse you and then it's their problem to chase up the money, your fight is with the bank not the online casino, let the bank fight with them, the bank has stolen the money off you in reality by allowing their system to be easily defrauded, once you informed the bank they should have automatically cancelled your card an re-issued another one with the money refunded

  2. This is tough for a number of reasons. Its not legal in the US to gamble online thats why banks decline the charges. You have the right to dispute the charges since you are not liable over 50$ for fraudulent charges. Since you had done business with them they will make it hard to get the money back. A lawyer will cost much more than 5K. Sometimes its better to cut your losses and not gamble anymore.
