Internet is slower because its transferring data from other sites as well

Question

when i am going to a website, at the bottom left it appears to be transferring data from sites i do not recognize. I have spyware remover and i removed adyieldmanager.How do i get rid of this problem because it is slowing my internet speed down....thanks for the help

Websites draw data form amnydifrrent websites, msot of htem are for the advverts, so expect alot fo the random websites to be advert companies, such as google.

soem sites have RSS feeds drawn form other sites too, or embed videos of Youtube etc.

i wnet to Cnn.com and it said google.com n turner.com.

obviosuly google is google, but if you look up turner.com its part of TimeWarner, so this is where CNN is proably getting some news feeds from
