Internet messing up?

Question

ok i am able to browse the internet fine but every like 2 minutes it comes up with this thing that ask me to dial up?? then i x it out and it asks me to connect to the internet again? but the internet is working fine? i just dont want that to keep coming up...if it means anything, i have windows vista with trend micro

If you don't need it anymore, delete it in Network Connections. If you just want to disable it open IE. Go to tools, Internet Options. Click the connection tab and put a check in never dial a connection.
