Internet not working. Router unsecure?

My router was working fine, now over a sudden I tried to sign on and its not allowing me to. It says unsecure network and won't allow me on and yes its my router so y won't it allow me on even though its mine. Please help. I can't even connect to the internet I'm writing this thru my phone. I really need this fixed asap.

  1. you have to ring your service provider!


  2. ISP's probably don't support routers but try holding down the reset button on your router, and wait like 30 seconds or so then release for it to reset, read your manual on how to resecure it.

    also try unplugging both your modem and router for a minute then plug back in and see if that helps.

  3. Well, connect to your router with ethernet!  You can then login, set the correct settings, and LOCK down your wireless with a secure WPA password!  Ethernet will always connect to the router!  If the main admin password has been changed, reset the router to the factory defaults, using a paper clip just depress and hold the "RESET" button for about 15-20 seconds with the unit powered on.
