is it possible to make a call to other mobile or landline numbers? how can we impliment it?will it need any kind of softwares or any cards.ihave an internet connection at home.plz help me.

Yes it's possible and it's even chipper than normal phone call (in case of international call). there is lots provider who provide internet telephony service. they also provide there own software for computer and Smartphone. u need to buy credit from them to make or receive calls. for more details visit those sites below.
