Internet probs Connecting pages.?

I am trying to get from main page to another but cant, the connection bar does not move and clicks. HELP!!!

did you try refreshing the page?

If the link doesn't work there's nothing you can do - the webmaster has to fix it.

check if u are offline

click File  then check if Work Offline ticked on?  if yes you have no connection but main page stored in your computer
