i recently bought a product (airbrush ink) off of a website ($450) and then upon receiving it and having trouble getting it to work, they told me it ONLY really works if you buy another one of there items, which is $700!! this is not stated on the description page.I already lost about 600 bucks due to me not even making my booth fee back at my biggest show of the year (i am an airbrush tattooist). He told me that it works fine for other people who don't buy the other product but he has yet to tell me any sort of solution, he keeps trying to make it out as my fault, that i am a difficult customer! I am going to call them tomorrow and would like to know if i have any sort of legal standing, not that i am going to do anything, but, if say there was some sort of institute or beruea that dealt with this kind of unethical misleading type of selling, i could bring up there names. I just want my money back, it states on the website that there is no refunds, but in this case i think he kicked the old set of rules out the window.

thanks in advance by the way the website is tatstore.com i am an airbrush tattooist

  2. if you are a professional and cant figuyre out or ask around how to make a tool work, then maybe you should be waaaaay more careful with your money.

I am sure any search engine has ample information on how to use the tool.
