Internet radio broadcast.... Please help!!?

Question

I would like to start an online radio show. Is there any way to do it for free? I would like to get away from podcasting. I just want to have a talk show not music, so I wouldn't have to worry about paying royalties. I have looked into uBroadcast but I'm not sure if it is free to broadcast. The uBroadcast download is free, but I don't think the broadcasting part is free. Please let me know if uBroadcast is free for broadcasting a radio show. If you know any other websites or ways to start an internet radio show that is free, please list them.

I have not used uBroadcast but I understand it is free to broadcast.

If you do talk only, you can get a package from live365.com

that is cheaper than the music packages, but still not free. It requires a special affidavit.

If you play just one song, the royalty kicks in.

Perhaps Shoutcast could work for you.
