this keeps popping up constantly on my computer saying i have threats and to download and buy the product what ever it is. how do i get rid of it and is it a worm or virus in my computer

thats a virus named trojan which makes u download malware from the internet ac to me it is advisible to format ur computer so that this virus is removed
