Internet shopping?

I bought auto products at wetsite.

I got products but they sent me wrong one. I called them they said ship new one.

But, I havn't gotten yet one week ago.

They are so mean. they have no service.

They ignore me hang up call. they do not answer.

Where can I complaint?

Do I stop payment? Already paid but I do not get right my order.

please. where can I complaint web site?

What I gonna do?

They do not join BBB.

It all goes back to the saying  "buyer beware". Sure you're paying alot less but it's for what you're giving up in service and convience. Sometimes the old ways are the best ways, get off your butt and go to the store.

you should of at least name the company right here on Yahoo to let everyone know about it. get the word out...sorry to hear your negative experience.

They don't have to be a member of the BBB to file a claim. That's what you should do.
