i am trieng to download a software from www.crimestar.com

but it wont let me

my friends can download it but it wont let me when i try to download it opens this

  1. have you tried to type the url in the pic?


  2. try fire fox it has a download manager built in

  3. remove the last / from the url and try again, if you have done so, try using Internet Explorer.
