Interning in Europe- Were should I go?

Question

So I'm finishing my Associates degree in Sport and Recreation Management come soon and I want to go do an internship some were in either Scotland, England, or Rep. of Irealand- What would you think would be the best place to do it? I'm wanting with this degree to do some thing with in soccer,

(since soccer is my life!) so what do you all think? I know England would probably be the best choice but for some reason I really would like to live in Ireland. What do you think?
