My grandma and my grandpa are coming to america to visit in april or may, from pakistan. My aunt, who's 24, is going with them. my aunt is going with them to take a exam, and they're going for something about their visa. My grandma has been here before on a visitors visa, and my aunt has on a student visa. My other 21 year old aunt, who has never come to america before and doesn't have a visa or anything like that, is going to be stuck at home in pakistan with my annoying whiner of a cousin. She wants to get an internship to texas and come with my grandparents and other aunt, too. She is studying in a university of management sciences. My mom and dad are sponsoring my grandparents visa, since they are both citizens. My 21 year old aunt is my moms little sister. what i want to know is whether my younger aunt will be able to get a visa in time to go with my garndparents. thanks :-).

  1. Your question makes very little sense.

Your aunte will have to qualify for a visa on her own merit. If she wants to study in the United States then she will need an F1 visa.

Now depending on the type of internship she would require either an H or J classification visa but for both of the types of visa she would need an employer in the U.S. to sponsor her.

The chances of your aunt getting any of the visa I have listed above (F1, H, J) before April or May are slim to none.

Perahps she would be better off wit a B2 (visitors) visa and then once in the States start looking at universities and begin applying to them.
