Interpret HORRIBLE dream??

Question

i had this really horible dream a while ago and it was of this girl (specifically the woman who plays "meridith grey" on Grey's Anatomy.... i watched this show before bed) and she was in this e.r. and she kept on taking knives or medical equipment and stabbed herself and repeatedly was cutting out her heart and the scene kept on replaying but she was in different outfits like one in a red dress and heels,, thats all i remember.. but it was horrible and i could almost feel the pain..

can someone tell me if this means anything?

i also have a lot of nightmares and really strange ones too...
