Uranus(Capricorn) in the 9th house signifies a person who does not follow conservative religious views. This person may have an interest in the occult, science[particularly astronomy or archealogy], reincarnation etc. They have progressive ideas about education and like to learn in their own way, often through audio-visual or electronic means.Travel is often sudden or unexpected.These people are humanitarian.

Neptune(Capricorn) in the 9th house indicates a person who is intensely religious or philosophical. Religious beliefs tend toward the mystical and these people are often drawn to cults , meditation, or yoga. They are often very intuitive about social trends and there may be predictive ability here.
