Why do people act like it is such a big deal to be racist? If people don't open their eyes our race is going to be taken over by minorities. (Even though they've kind of made us minorities in our own country.) I mean look at how many Mexicans are jumping the border and knocking up our white women.

I can understand wanting to date someone from the same culture as you. But it's bigoted and disgusting to say that you would never even consider going out with someone of a different race, just because they're from a different race.

i am not to Faun of it because studies have proved that bi racial kids have a harder time in life and feel insecure.

i respect how your culture is, and i hope you respect how my culture is. my family is fine with it because my dad is mexican and my mom is white. so i am biracial. for me and alot of people it is perfectly fine to date people from another race, in fact they dont even see it as an issue. i know that your culture is against dating someone from another race, that doesnt mean you have to put other races down or be rude about it. i couldnt care less what race they were. and i dont. but why would you disown your own sister if she dated outside her race, i just dont understand that. thats just evil.

Well, that is a closed-minded way to think. My parents are like that to an extent (it depends on the person), although they would allow it, as long as he is a good guy, and I'm happy.

So, they aren't completely against it, and neither am I.

Besides, my mom is german/polish, and my dad is italian/spanish. I don't know what that other person is talking about. I haven't had a "harder time"  and don't feel "insecure." That's ridiculous to think.

It's not that big of a deal, and I wouldn't say "never" if I were you. Life gives surprises.

A white person has an equal chance of getting a sickness as a hispanic person, or chinese person, or interracial person. It is genes. It depends on which diseases run in your family, not what color skin you have. Europeans have just as many diseases in their blood as anyone else.

I am mixed race, and I don't see the problem with interracial dating. We are all people, so I don't see the problem with it. Yet, I can understand why some people may be against it due to the varying cultures of different peoples. However, making this a huge priority when looking for a relationship is, in my opinion, closed minded.
