  1. If they get there all at the same, usually whoever is to the right would. But in this case, someone has to just allow the person to the right to go. To start the process.

  2. When four cars get to the intersection at the same time:

Anyone going straight has right of way by default. If there is still

conflict on who should go first because more than one driver wants to

go straight, this is where right hand has right of way.

    So the order is:

    1. straight through vehicles + right hand if conflict exists

    2. turning vehicles + right hand if conflict exists

It seems that many people are unaware of this rule, and they think that right hand gets priority.  This can be dangerous when a turning vehicle approaches the intersection at the same time as a straight through vehicle does: even if the turning driver is on the right hand side, s/he has lost right of way because of the direction they intend to travel.

A yield traffic sign indicates that a driver of a vehicle must slow down and prepare to stop if necessary (usually while merging into traffic on another road) but does not need to stop if there is no reason to. A driver who has actually stopped in this situation is said to have yielded the right-of-way to through traffic on the main road

  3. Whoever is there first may proceed to go and then the next and the next. If 2 cars get there at same time then whoever attempts to go first is the one that gets to go first.

Yield= Approach the yield sign at a slowly moving pace and if it looks clear then you may proceed at a slow pace but if you see a car then you must wait for the car to go buy before you may proceed.

  4. It is always the person to your right that has the right of way. I understand the situation is 4 cars at the same time...so i'd have to say just use caution, and somoene will start the process.

  5. Assuming this is an all-way stop in North America, everyone could turn right at once.

  6. Assuming all 4 arrived at the same time, The BIGGEST vehicle goes over the others

  7. When 2 arrive at the same time, the car on the right has the right of way. If all four arrive at the same time, you will have to decide between yourselves who is going first.

Yield mean to give way to.

  8. .

We should all know what should happen, however, most of the time views are tainted, so proceed with caution......and following the highwaycode.
