Interstate Bar-B-Q - Memphis, TN?

I've heard so much about this restaurant, from the travel channel, and every show on food network, and all the people on food network talk about this place.

Now there getting there on show on Food Network.

I want to eat, it looks so good, I was just wondering is all the hype about this place true,

What part of Memphis is this located in, and how safe is the area.

I have eaten there, and yes, the hype is true.  The food is great!

They are on South Third St in Memphis, right off of I-55.  the neighborhood isnt great, but it is a commercial/industrial area, so its not bad either, and it is right off the Interstate.

I have eaten there a few years ago while traveling.  I didn't think the food was very good.  It could have been because the employees were none too clean, nor were the restrooms.
