Interview: What can i say about...

Question

I have an interview tomorrow morning and am wondering what i can say about myself if they ask 'tell me about yourself' - what would you say if they asked you?

Oh and the job is in a clothing store (Dorothy Perkins) and this will be by first ever interview and (hopefully) my first ever job.

Thanks - any extra examples/help/tips are appreciated :)

Also, if they ask me why i want this job, what should i say? - Again, what would you say if they asked you?

Do you like fashion? If yes say so. Do you want to progress in this job eventually? If yes say so. Do you like their clothes? If yes say so.
