Stay composed and maintain your poise, don't criticise you opponents, don't be intimidated by the situation.

Stick to your guns and say your lines in such away will make him think you are the best one for the job. Make sure you language should be live and vivid, don't use cliche's, you need to emphasise you good points and minimised your weaknesses.

Just stay confident and awnser any questions honestly. Before you no it the interview will be over and you will probably think "i want to do that again" !! But just stay confident and don't worry, (they wont bite)   :) xx

Find where the nearest coffee shop to the interviewer's office is and invite him/her for a cup of tea so that you two can chat in comfort away from the phone, e-mail and constant distractions of the HR person's office.  If you interview while walking to the coffee shop you can get yourself onto the same level as the HR person, which will win points by getting him or her out from behind that desk.  You also steal a bit of power back by getting onto "neutral turf."  I negotiated my last salary to $20K over what they intended to settle for that way on my last job before I bought this little cab company.  I learned that interview trick in Dallas when I applied at every store in Prestonwood Towne Center one day.  I only did it on a bet, and I got 23 interviews, most of them for management positions because I was creative enough to level the playing field.  I settled for a job at Naturalizer Shoes where I landed a 22,000-pair sale to the purchasing agent for American Airlines.  Ask me later and I'll tell you about that one.  You should have seen the look on the manager's face when I got my commission check that next week.  The company president delivered it personally just to see what I did.  All I did was to order a container shipment of a shoe that worked for the AA flight attendants' uniforms.  :D  That check was for $46,384.53.  I still have a xerox copy of it on my office wall to show people when they say they can't make money.

Find the balance between confident and non confident? and try to get the word appreciated in somewhere? It's a subliminal deep psychological cut that not many know about...So if you adhere to the above thank me when you have got the job okay..LOON.
