  1. I would definitely research some dress designers. It is always good to show that you have knowledge about the products you are selling. Does the bridal boutique have a website? If so I would go online and see what dress designers this boutique carries and do some research. I think that knowing the general price range of the dresses would be a good idea.

If you want to know more about the designers I would go to theknot.com or brides.com - they have lots of information on their websites about price ranges, styles, etc.

Most importantly always keep in mind that this is the most special day in most girls life and you should take care in helping them pick out there dress, alterations, keeping a positive attitude, etc.

Good luck - I am sure that you will do just fine.

  2. -Dress appropriately for the job

-Do some research beforehand, try to come already knowing as much of the knowledge that you will need to have for your job as is possible

-Be polite and well spoken - basically try to leave a similar impression during the interview that you would with customers.
