I have been shortlisted and have a interview on Friday, I work for my local authority and I have heard that I will be interviewed by three people from the department, have you heard of a point scoring method whilst interviewing?

    Demeanor

    Dress sense

    Mannerism

    Body language

    Confidence/overconfidence

    SMILE

    Don't slouch

    Ask questions

    Be polite
